My professional foundation comes from my years of experience in the acute inpatient psychiatric setting. Navigating these high-intensity settings taught me to bring calming stability to those who are struggling, and I carry that into every outpatient telehealth visit. Today, my practice supports adults, adolescents, and children ages 6 and up through the everyday challenges that arrive when living with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Beginning her career as a registered nurse, Xiomara developed a deep understanding of patient care across diverse clinical settings before specializing in psychiatric mental health. Her experience in hospice care cultivated a profound appreciation for the emotional and psychological dimensions of health. As a psychiatric supervisor, she has mentored emerging clinicians while maintaining her own evidence-based clinical practice. Xiomara's approach combines clinical expertise with genuine empathy.
