Welcome to my practice! For the past past 4 years, I have been working as a board certified inpatient psychiatric APRN on an acute behavioral health unit. Thank you so much for looking at my profile. I'm a Social Worker with over 20 years experience treatment children, adolescents, young adults, parents/caregivers, and adults. I have honored to help my clients travel their individual paths in order to feel better about their worlds. Helping people identity what is stopping them from reaching their goals and breaking down these barriers drives my work.
I've been trained in various treatment options but I know it all comes back to the relationship we build together. As your therapist, I hope to provide you with support, strategies and gentle though direct, feedback and reflection. And most likely there will be some humor thrown in because sometimes the work we will do together needs it!
