I enjoy working with people who are struggling to adjust to major life transitions or who are navigating challenging family or relationship dynamics. I also provide psycho-education, assessment, and skills-building for clients struggling with ADHD. I have specialized experience working with survivors of family or relationship violence.

I work from a client centered and trauma informed approach addressing all aspects of a client's whole self, to help the client find healing, hope and freedom to navigate life's challenges and learn to thrive.
