My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and understood.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or carrying stress that just won’t seem to let up, you’re not alone. You might look like you’re holding everything together on the outside, but inside it feels heavy, exhausting, or unclear how to move forward. Therapy can be a place where you finally feel heard — without judgment.

Together, we’ll begin to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface so you can feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life.
