I earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Rush University in Chicago, IL and received my Psychiatric specialization from National University in San Diego CA. I have my national board certification through the ANCC and have trained in a variety of clinical settings, including outpatient psychiatry, integrated primary care, and crisis intervention services.

I believe mental health care works best when it feels like a partnership. I take time to listen, understand your experiences, and involve you in every step of your treatment plan. I have a very mellow, approachable style, and my main goal is to help my patients reach their goals. Many of the people I work with feel like they haven’t been truly heard before, or that medication was presented as their only option. I also grew up in an immigrant household, where mental health wasn’t always talked about or seen as an option, and that experience really shaped how I work with my patients today.

I founded Solid Foundation Psychiatry with one mission: to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized psychiatric care that empowers individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I work with adolescents and adults ages 12 through 90, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy.
