Hi there! I'm Diana, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), and I'm so glad you're here. My goal is to make mental health care feel approachable, manageable, and empowering. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, stress, burnout, mood disorders, and many of life's everyday challenges. My background includes both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, giving me experience caring for individuals with a wide range of mental health needs.
