As a Stanford-trained psychiatrist, I work closely with Dr. Sethi at Metabolic Psychiatry Labs (MPL) to manage serious mental illness conditions including bipolar, depression, binge eating disorder, and psychosis. While I am trained in multiple types of psychotherapy, including CBT, psychodynamic, DBT, ACT, and Internal Family Systems. I believe in treating the root cause of mental illness. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, other mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, irritability, impulse control concerns, behavioral issues, emotional dysregulation, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders, as well as supporting individuals who are in recovery.

My background includes inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings and crisis intervention, allowing me to support individuals with both acute and ongoing mental health needs. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degrees from Middle Tennessee State University, Maryville University, and Murray State University. My training across both primary care and psychiatry allows me to take a comprehensive, whole-person approach to care.

I am available to care for individuals who require non-standard and flexible appointment hours including evenings; and, with a focus on working adults/professionals, students, elderly, those with challenges due to their illness, and so forth. I am also open to taking on patients who need continuity of care after discharge from inpatient care.
