My name is Rudy, and I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in working with people experiencing social anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with mindfulness, compassion, and a genuine curiosity about each person’s unique experience. With over 9 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from childhood through older adulthood in navigating mental health challenges. I specialize in treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, mood disorders (such as Major Depressive Disorder and Bipolar Disorder), psychosis, ADHD, ASD, and substance use disorders, including opioid and alcohol use disorder.
