Finding the right therapist can feel exhausting—especially if you’ve tried therapy before and felt like it didn't quite "stick." If you're carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, past trauma, or navigating life with ADHD, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, families and couples in multiple community-based settings and agencies. I graduated from Hampton University and hold an Education Specialist Degree in Counseling (Ed.S). I am also an approved LPC supervisor with the Virginia Board of Counseling.
I graduated from EVMS with my degree in Art Therapy and Counseling in 2016, and since then have worked with a variety of different people in many different settings.
