Hi, I’m Brittany. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Therapist with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges, transitions, and seasons of growth.
At the heart of my work is a genuine love for helping people better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have gotten lost along the way. I especially enjoy working with teens, adults, and families, and I believe some of the most meaningful change happens when we have a safe space to show up as our whole selves—not just the parts that seem easiest to explain.
I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity, and a little humor into the therapy room. You don’t need to arrive with the right words or have everything figured out. Come as you are—we’ll start there.
I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I work with a wide population of individuals including, children (10 years old and up), adolescents, and adults of all ages. During this time, I have worked in the community as a home-based provider, community mental health therapist, substance abuse therapist, college counselor, and private practice therapist. Much of my experience has surrounded helping individuals identify core issues and recover from past trauma. I believe in the healing power of being listened to and fully accepted.
I received my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. With clients, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, Christian counseling, and mindfulness techniques, depending on individual needs and goals.

Hi, I’m Kianté, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to teens and adults throughout Texas. My background includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, identity, relationships, and adoption-related experiences. I have a particular passion for working with adoptees and individuals exploring questions of identity, belonging, grief and loss, and the impact of past experiences on who they are today.
My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and individualized to each client. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), while recognizing that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I work to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, exploring difficult emotions, and making sense of experiences without fear of judgment.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, and other mood and stress-related concerns.
