Hi, I’m Tyler Lange. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado, as well as an LPC Supervisor in Texas. For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, families, and individuals through seasons of challenge, growth, and renewal. My work—as a School Counselor, school‐based mental health professional, and now a Clinical Mental Health Therapist—has continually reinforced my belief in the importance of compassion, dignity, and genuine human connection.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my master’s degree in Counselor Education from Southeastern Louisiana University, and later attended Capella University’s PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision program to obtain my supervisor credential. While my training has shaped my clinical approach, the people I’ve walked alongside have shaped my purpose.
At the center of my work is a quiet but steady conviction: every person carries inherent worth, and healing becomes possible when they are met with patience, grace, and a safe place to be fully themselves. I strive to create that kind of space—one where people feel supported, understood, and free to move toward wholeness at their own pace.
Hi, I’m Cindy and I want you to know this: you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying it all, therapy can be a space to exhale, reflect, and gently begin again.
I come to this work not only as a clinician but as a human being shaped by my own lived experience. I’m a proud Trinidadian-American who migrated to the U.S. at a young age, and I know what it’s like to navigate different worlds, expectations, and identities. That background helps me show up with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for the unique path each client walks.
I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work at Simmons University, and my clinical experience has focused on supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, burnout, and issues related to identity and belonging. I have a special heart for clients who are used to being the strong ones, the caregivers, the first-gen trailblazers, the ones who hold space for everyone else.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, honesty, and collaboration. I use a relational and strengths-based approach, integrating tools from CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but more importantly, I meet you where you are, honoring your pace and your story.
This is your space to feel seen, to feel safe, and to explore what healing could look like for you. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Maybe your brain will not slow down long enough to finish what you started. Maybe the worry arrives before you are even out of bed. Maybe something happened years ago that you have never really put down. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors carrying ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I have spent over six years doing it across private practice, schools, and clinics. I work with people of all ages and abilities, in English or Spanish. It would be my honor to be a part of your journey.
Hello and welcome! From personal experience, I know firsthand how much the right support can bring positive change. I have over 2 decades of experience in education and guidance counseling ranging from early childhood to secondary. As an LPC, I'm experienced in providing therapeutic methods that are successfully responsive to trauma, grief, and conflict resolution in coparenting matters. I have been trained by various renowned experts in the mental health field to provide EMDR, collaborative practices, trauma and grief services. I am here for you!
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained, and I provide a supportive space to better understand what’s going on and begin making meaningful changes.
I’m a bilingual therapist working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed by overthinking, internal pressure, difficulty managing stress, and the uncertainty of what comes next.
In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of what’s happening internally and develop practical ways to respond to stress and emotions. I integrate cognitive, somatic, and neuroscience-informed approaches to support both emotional and nervous system regulation.
I believe therapy should feel human. It can be structured but still fit your individual needs. I offer a space where you can show up as you are, while also doing meaningful work that leads to real shifts in how you experience and respond to life.
