I view each person within the context of their relationships and family-of-origin. Whatever you are currently struggling with did not start with you. I take a very systemic approach and work with you to not only have a better relationship with yourself, but others. For those suffering with trauma, I am trained in EMDR and promise that you can find relief.

Recognizing the need for growth and change can feel intimidating, but taking that first step toward therapy shows courage and a willingness to invest in yourself. I create a warm, supportive space where clients can safely explore past and present experiences. Together, we work to understand patterns, emotions, and challenges that may be holding you back. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where we move at your pace while building insight, self-acceptance, and meaningful change. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I’m glad you’re here—I care deeply about helping people improve their emotional and mental well-being by working through past and present challenges. My own journey has shown me the value of therapy in navigating life’s difficulties. I believe in empowering clients by helping them develop self-awareness, resilience, and practical coping strategies. My work is rooted in evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those facing life transitions, trauma, or career challenges.
Above all, I value authenticity, collaboration, and creating a non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported on their journey toward mental wellness.

I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is Humanistic and Existential, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique story. While my credentials reflect my dedication to the field, my greatest strength is the genuine care and seasoned clinical experience I bring to each person I serve.
I am a Doctor of Psychology with an Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), with more than 15 years of experience in mental health and education. My clinical and professional experience spans diverse settings and communities. I have worked in every jail in Los Angeles County and served for several years as a Consulting Psychologist at one of Philadelphia’s largest rehabilitation hospitals. As a native New Jerseyan who has spent much of my adult life in Los Angeles, my work as an educator and professor in multiple states, along with decades as a professional dancer and choreographer, has shaped a deeply nuanced understanding of creativity, self-expression, and the mind-body connection.
As a professor, I explore the psychological impact of media on women’s self-esteem, helping clients navigate comparison, societal expectations, and the pressures of modern life.
Therapy with me is collaborative. I will meet you where you are, listen deeply, and help you develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and a life that feels more authentic, purposeful, and your own.
