My goal as a therapist isn't to "fix" you, it's to know you. To welcome every part of you - the parts you like, don't like, and want to change. To see you through a lens of curiosity, rather than judgement. And to focus on who you are, rather than who you are not.

This is a telehealth practice. As a personal choice, the use of narcotics or other controlled (DEA) meds are minimal, if any. I've been a psych nurse practitioner for at least 14yrs. I believe in managing conditions with psychiatric and non-psychiatric treatment modalities that are evidence based. The use of the least amount of meds, at lower doses that does the healing of symptoms, is an active process involving the client and based on the reported experiences. Safety is the core of my practice and my job is to help clients understand internal signals and how to prevent another crisis.
As a therapist I have a genuine interest in humans and human behavior. I have been in the Mental Health Field since 2006. Grace has been providing mental health care in Nashville since 2017. She spent much of her early career at Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital, where she gained extensive experience caring for individuals across the lifespan with a wide range of mental health concerns.
