3-5 fluffy sentences here aren't going to give you enough to make a good choice in something as important as selecting your therapist. I recommend you reach out to me and let's chat for 10 minutes before you decide. I am located in Clarksville and work with clients in their own homes or via telehealth in the state of TN.

I get it—feeling stuck in the same old patterns, craving deeper connections, and wondering how to even begin to break free can be exhausting. If you’re anything like the people I work with (and honestly, like I once was myself), you’ve probably spent a lot of time thinking, “Something has to change... but what?” That’s where I come in.

I’m so excited that you found me and we get to do this journey together! What a privilege to walk by your side as you courageously take those first steps towards health, healing and wholeness. I’ve been a therapist for almost 10 years and have practiced in a variety of clinical settings. Many people walk through life saying, “I’m fine. Everything is fine.” But often, fine is just a placeholder — a way to avoid feelings that feel too big, too inconvenient, or too overwhelming. FINE stands for Feelings In Need of Expression.

My work centers on helping clients safely express the emotions they’ve been holding in. One of my strengths is actively listening and creating a grounded, compassionate space where those unspoken feelings can finally come forward. We’re taught to suppress our emotions and push through, but those feelings don’t disappear. They settle into the body, they leak out in our interactions, and eventually they build — like pressure inside a volcano — until they erupt.

In therapy, you don’t have to hold it all together. You don’t have to pretend you’re fine. You get room to breathe, to feel, and to release what’s been stuck for far too long. My goal is to help you understand your emotional landscape, express what needs to be expressed, and move toward a life that feels more honest, grounded, and connected.

I believe in empowering people to take charge of their own present and future lives. Generally, when you seek therapy, you are overwhelmed and ready to change. I believe you have it within yourself to make sense of your life, focus on creating the life you desire, and feel in control. I use strength and solution-based, client -centered psychotherapy. I am nonjudgmental, compassionate, and have a sense of humor. Regardless of the weight of therapy, we will also laugh!
