You may be the person everyone depends on. You keep things moving, solve the problems, and seem fine from the outside.
Inside, you may feel anxious, exhausted, or stuck in patterns you understand but cannot seem to change.
I’m Meghan, a trauma therapist offering virtual therapy and EMDR to adults across South Carolina.
I help clients work through trauma, chronic stress, burnout, and the lasting effects of difficult childhood or relationship experiences.
I’m a licensed therapist who creates warm, grounded, and compassionate spaces for clients to explore their inner world and reconnect with their authentic self. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and trauma—particularly those healing from patterns where they’ve abandoned their needs, voice, or self-worth.
My work blends modern psychotherapy with holistic tools, offering an integrative path toward healing. Whether you’re reconnecting with your intuition, working through emotional stuckness, or rebalancing after burnout or a major life shift, I meet you where you are—with care, curiosity, and respect.
Hello! I would love to get you scheduled. Please call our office at 843-212-6979 for an appointment.
I am a Master's level dual board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Medication management is my specialty, and supportive therapy is part of every visit. I have experience with veterans, adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, TBI, severe and persistent mental illness, pregnant women, transient/low income populations, Indian Health Services, geriatrics, trauma, and LGBTQIA2S+ patients.
I am a person who understands the stress that comes with multitasking life's many responsibilities including parenting, work, a spouse, women's health, and the many other hats we sometimes wear. I know the familiar strain of working in the medical field, providing care for others while delicately balancing self care. I can appreciate the layers of complexity of being multicultural. I know the burden of military life with a military spouse (now retired!) and the impact of deployments on families, loss included. I know the heaviness of caring for a family member with special needs, and am well versed in many things life may throw our way. I would be honored to support you as you navigate the tougher paths in your life.
I use a four- fold approach to treating beyond traditional psychotherapy to help you on your journey. I have PhD in Clinical psychology, two master's degree (one in community counseling, one in community psychology). I also have a degree in Addictions and one in business management. Having worked every level of care from an inpatient hospital setting, residential long-term care, in a jail, a prison, out-patient levels for intensive three times per week to one time per week and taught in two universities. I am working my favorite level of care on an out-patient setting. Training has been in addictions, mental health, couples and family systems. I have other specialties with chronic pain and nutrition/bariatrics and obesity and available to provide medical and court evaluations with limited testing. I see children from 12 and up and adults/geriatrics.
