I focus on creating a comfortable and safe environment to help you reach your goals. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, panic disorder, relationship issues, life trasnsitions and adjustment disorders.
With close to 20 years of experience working for the Philadelphia Courts system and a background in communications prior to obtaining my master's degree, I excel at finding communicable common ground with clients between family members. My personal and professional philosophy is "Life is simple, people complicate it". Let's make things simple again.
I have been practicing mental health counseling since 2019 in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults to overcome life stress, adjust to hard circumstances, and manage anxiety! I have a Master's degree in Counseling from West Chester University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University. I have a special focus on treating anxiety disorders, depression, difficult adjustment to life changes (i.e. high school, college), and trauma, grief, and other life stressors.
My greatest passion in life is helping others to live life to the fullest. For the last 11 years, it has been my privilege to do this in the counseling field. Whether it's helping people find freedom from eating disorders and addictions, the ravaging effects of trauma, or depression and anxiety, my goal is to help others step into the healthiest versions of themselves.

I hold a Master in Nursing degree from York College of Pennsylvania and have 6 years of nursing experience working in mental health. My areas of specialization include child and adolescent psychiatry, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment and relationship issues. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to create meaningful change in their lives.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING, thank you. I am a board-certified Psychiatrist (medical doctor) providing virtual care throughout NY and PA. I taper medications. This means my patients want to reduce or stop psychiatric medications, and I guide them through that process at a safe pace. My 30-minute follow-up sessions include supportive counsel, though I do not offer weekly one-hour therapy. Many of my patients also work with a therapist. My understanding of suffering and hope is rooted in a Christ-centered faith, which shapes the wisdom and care I bring to my work.
