My name is Vivian Mancino. I've been practicing for more than twenty years in various settings with diverse populations. I earned my doctorate at Columbia University in 2004. I have had training in eating disorders, cognitive-behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy. I'm experienced in treating anxiety disorders and depression, and bereavement.
I believe that each person is the expert of their own life. At times, however, navigating challenges, life transitions, relationships, or emotional struggles can feel overwhelming, and having a supportive, objective person to talk to can make a meaningful difference.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, I am committed to helping you build insight, resilience, and confidence while working toward your personal goals.
Hi, I’m Cindy and I want you to know this: you don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying it all, therapy can be a space to exhale, reflect, and gently begin again.
I come to this work not only as a clinician but as a human being shaped by my own lived experience. I’m a proud Trinidadian-American who migrated to the U.S. at a young age, and I know what it’s like to navigate different worlds, expectations, and identities. That background helps me show up with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for the unique path each client walks.
I’m currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work at Simmons University, and my clinical experience has focused on supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, burnout, and issues related to identity and belonging. I have a special heart for clients who are used to being the strong ones, the caregivers, the first-gen trailblazers, the ones who hold space for everyone else.
In our work together, you can expect warmth, honesty, and collaboration. I use a relational and strengths-based approach, integrating tools from CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, but more importantly, I meet you where you are, honoring your pace and your story.
This is your space to feel seen, to feel safe, and to explore what healing could look like for you. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
I hae a collaborative approach in working with clients with a wide range of backgrounds.
I utilize an evidenced-based holistic approach with the patient's concerns being front and center. If medications are to be used, then it is priority to ensure that the most benefit is provided, with the least amount of medication onboard. The most important tool a provider can use is simply listening. We are all seeking that "better space for mental well being, and I strive in helping people move closer on this journey.
I get it. You’re tired of feeling stuck, exhausted, and like nothing’s really changing. You’ve been carrying a lot, and it’s starting to feel heavy. As a psychotherapist in practice for over 10 years, I’m passionate about walking alongside adults on their healing journey, especially those navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Whether you're a professional burning out, a veteran facing emotional pain, or a student trying to find your footing, I offer support rooted in compassion and real tools like EMDR and CBT. More importantly, I create a space where you can show up just as you are and feel truly seen, safe, and supported.
Hi, I’m Anna, a Licensed Therapist in New York. If you’re feeling anxious, drained, or like you’re carrying a lot on your own, you don’t have to do it alone. I believe healing begins when we feel genuinely seen. In our work together, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of your emotional and nervous system responses, and build practical coping skills that fit your life. My style is collaborative, focused on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and strengthening self-confidence over time. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, respect each person’s values and beliefs, and provide therapy in both Mandarin and English.
I’m deeply committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand your unique story. I’m here to support them in their journey, offering not just expertise, but also encouragement and a sense of partnership. My practice is all about empowering you to take charge of your life, equipping you with the tools and confidence to navigate whatever challenges come your way.
I’m Rachel Schimmel, a licensed clinical social worker with 15+ years of experience specializing in anxiety and couples therapy. I am a licensed clinical social worker in New York with over fifteen years of experience working as a therapist and a coach. I support clients navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, OCD, parenting problems, career challenges, and life transitions.
I've worked with adolescents, couples, and families and I value creating a space where clients feel safe, understood and supported. I'm direct, yet compassionate, and I am not afraid to help you explore the "elephant in the room" so we can get to the root of what's keeping you stuck.

I am a board-certified Psychiatrist (medical doctor) providing virtual care throughout NY and PA. I taper medications. This means most of my patients want to safely reduce or ultimately stop taking psychiatric medications, and I guide them through that process safely and at their own pace. I include therapy in my 30-min follow up sessions, though do not offer weekly 1-hour therapy sessions. Many of my patients also work with a therapist.
