I have experience working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals recovering from trauma, and those facing challenges related to body image, infertility, substance use, and women’s mental health. My 18 years of experience in this field enables me to address a wide range of patient needs. I am committed to providing flexible, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population. I utilize an evidenced-based holistic approach with the patient's concerns being front and center. If medications are to be used, then it is priority to ensure that the most benefit is provided, with the least amount of medication onboard. The most important tool a provider can use is simply listening. We are all seeking that "better space for mental well being, and I strive in helping people move closer on this journey.
