I am a dedicated and compassionate dually certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioners with a passion for improving access to mental health care through telehealth services. After several years of working as a Clinical Psychologist in Lima-Perú, I obtained my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in the United States. I have experience in assessing and treating families, couples and individuals within the context of their relationships, focusing on families struggling with a variety of challenges including trauma, parenting, anxiety, emotional and physical abuse, and loss.

I am someone who was born and raised in a rural town in Colombia, migrated as a child, and has learned to adapt to new environments and cultures ever since. I have finally grown into my own!

She has been guiding clients in the addictions field towards recovery for over 15 years. Devinder has had a life-long pursuit of being of service to those around her and has excelled in treating substance use disorders and mental health.

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified School Counselor in the state of New Jersey, having experience if both clinical and school based settings. Megan received her bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University and her master’s degree in School Counseling from Montclair State University. She is experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on issues relating to grief and that the LGBTQ+ community.

I bring over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience to my work and am the founder of The Vine Health Services. I’m a doctoral-prepared, dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Family and Psychiatric care, which allows me to look at your health from every angle — mind, body, and spirit.

My approach blends medical expertise with empathy, offering integrative, functional, and faith-informed care (based on patient's preference) that supports the whole person. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I have a wealth of experience treating all populations adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Starting as nurse aide, I have been in this field for over 20 years. I obtained an associate degree in nursing from Hudson County Community College, a Bachelor of Science from New Jersey City University, a Master of Science from Wilkes University, and currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree at Wilkes University.
