My work spans general and addiction psychiatry, and I have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing the most effective treatment approaches to help my clients achieve their life goals and be the best that they can be. Over the past twenty years, I have been helping children, teens and adults face and overcome problems that may prevent them from reaching their fullest potential. These difficulties may include ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma or adjustment problems related to life events such as a death or divorce. I will help you determine what may be underlying the problem and develop an effective treatment plan to address the issues and achieve your goals.

I am a board certified adult psychiatric nurse practitioner with 16 years of experience in medication management. My specialties include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, sleep disorders and more. I treat patients 18 years and older and see patients in person at my quiet office suite as well as through online telehealth. Please note that I am no longer prescribing stimulant medications for ADHD (Adderall, Vyvanse, methylphenidate, etc).

My work as a therapist has included supporting clients throughout various stages of life and throughout all walks of life.
