I am very passionate about helping others feel like themselves through therapy. I have years of experience in the mental health field and I am committed to helping you in your journey.
I have worked on my own growth and awareness since I was 19 yrs old. Therapy helped change my life and old patterns that I developed in my early years. I have made tremendous changes in who I am and how I cope. I would like to help you do that too.
I'm a licensed psychologist working with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, grief, significant life changes, or challenges with attention and focus. You are a complex, whole person made up of many parts — and there is room here for all of them.
Practice Details: • Telehealth only (no in-person sessions at this time) • Hours: Monday, Wednesday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM •Tuesday & Thursday 10:am-12 pm. Closed evenings, Fridays, and weekends.
I am passionate about helping you rediscover your spark and your Joy! You may be feeling overwhelmed by the demands of your career, relationships, and other life challenges. You will discover that there's hope even in the face of seemingly insurmountable challenges. Let the parts of you that feel anxious, sad, angry, and/or exhausted guide you. What are these thoughts/feelings/emotions communicating to you about where you are? What path forward would you like to take as a result of this new understanding of yourself? I respect your ability to choose the course of action that is best for you.
My approach to Therapy and Life Coaching is client-centered, warm, compassionate & culturally sensitive. I am trained in various modalities, i.e., Family Systems Therapy, IFS, CBT, but ultimately I use what's best for my clients.
Every individual is unique, and their greatest strength lies within. I look forward to helping you on your unique journey to healing and wholeness! I work with individuals (18+), couples, and families, and commonly support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Taking the first step towards therapy can be a really vulnerable experience. Sometimes it feels like you don't have the time for it, or you feel you don't deserve to take time out of your day to focus on yourself. That's why it's my priority to create a space where you feel comfortable to show up exactly as you are without judgement. If you find that you are holding it together on the outside, but on the inside you feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and like you are constantly worrying about the next thing, it may be time to slow down and process what you’re experiencing.
Emotions can be overwhelming, especially when coupled with difficult memories from your past. Along with poor sleep, brain fog, and no energy, it can seem impossible to cope. Many people struggle with these symptoms whether it’s from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or difficult life transitions. Life can be hard and we all need help sometimes. I'm here to help you figure out what works best for you.
Hi! I’m Meredith, a licensed psychotherapist in New York and New Jersey. I work with adults that may be feeling overwhelmed, sad, or anxious; often in the context of relationships, work demands, family expectations, or life transitions. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and better understand what’s contributing to your experiences. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and work toward finding ways to feel more balanced, confident and in control.
