My name is Albert Kwimi, Sibaven Medical Associates and Logistics LLC practice has been founded with the goal of bridging the gaps in mental health care, by providing patients and families in need with a patient-focused care approach. As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I have a wealth of experience treating all populations adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. Starting as nurse aide, I have been in this field for over 20 years. I obtained an associate degree in nursing from Hudson County Community College, a Bachelor of Science from New Jersey City University, a Master of Science from Wilkes University, and currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree at Wilkes University. After several years of working as a Clinical Psychologist in Lima-Perú, I obtained my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in the United States. Dr. Claudette L Blake, DNP, APRN, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in psychiatry, oncology, correctional health, geriatric care, and healthcare leadership. Her broad professional experiences strengthen her clinical perspective and decision making. Together, your mental health becomes the priority.

My name is Patrick. I'm an LCSW practicing in New Jersey that specializes in helping teens and young adults deal with OCD, social and general anxiety, future uncertainty, and low self-esteem. Whether anxiety is a life long challenge, or a relatively new struggle following a big life change like starting college or beginning a new job, I help my clients develop the tools and insights needed to overcome anxiety, improve their mood, and grow their confidence. Devinder Mathaun de Infante is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with a New Jersey Social Work School certification (focused on executive functioning). She has been guiding clients in the addictions field towards recovery for over 15 years. Devinder has had a life-long pursuit of being of service to those around her and has excelled in treating substance use disorders and mental health.
