Hello reader!
I believe that my clients deserve to feel safe and heard as they navigate life. The social work field has taken me down many roads that include working with individuals, as well as children & families. Currently, I work with an array of clients ages teen to adults covering issues such as life transitions, substance abuse issues, managing a busy life and mental health issues that can come along such as anxiety and depression issues.
I believe connection is key to our well-being and I use a relational approach to uncover patterns in my clients' relationships with themselves and others. I specialize in providing healing treatment for trauma or just big life adjustments.
Balancing the demands of life these days can be stressful. I will work together with you to help support you with any stress, anxiety, or depression you may be experiencing. Sign up for a free 15 minute consultation appointment. I am currently accepting new clients and I am in network with several insurances. Let's work together to come up with coping strategies that work best for you to help you best handle a variety of life stressors and everyday pressures. I am a warm and caring person with years of experience in both Counseling and Education. I will work alongside you to give you the support you need as we problem solve and make connections to things together. In addition, I have experience and can help you to find helpful tools for better managing stress, anxiety, and depression.
My love for Social Work comes from personal life experiences and wanting to help people see the beauty in life again.
I attended Lebanon Valley College and obtained my Bachelors in Psychology and then I graduated from Monmouth University with my Masters in Social Work. I have been in the field for 5 years and continue to expand my knowledge. I have experience with both mental health and addiction, spending the first part of my career in in-patient. I currently work full time for an Outpatient mental health and substance abuse clinic helping a very focused and specific population.
Everyone needs help sometimes, and I am here to listen.
I am passionate and empathetic and I believe in always giving that to my clients.

Therapy isn't about perfection - it’s about showing up as you are, wherever you are. Whether you’re navigating grief, postpartum changes, or the weight of life’s stress, I offer a safe and compassionate space where you can feel supported, heard, and ready to move from survival mode toward healing.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re used to caring for everyone else first. I see that kind of devotion as a quiet strength, and my goal is to help you begin caring for yourself too—even if it feels unfamiliar.
I have over 10 years experience in private practice and in home therapy, truly getting to know my clients, their families, and home lives with focus in anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, and stress management.
