If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by life's challenges, you are in the right place. I’m Kristi Lampe. I obtained my M.Ed and am a Iicensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC). My passion is to help teens and adults break through the barriers holding them back. Whether you are navigating the heavy fog of depression, the constant noise of anxiety, or the profound pain of trauma and grief, I am here to help you find your footing.
Therapy with Lived Wisdom
With over 20 years of experience walking alongside individuals on their healing journeys, I bring more than clinical knowledge—I bring lived understanding. My work is rooted in the mind-body connection, because true healing doesn’t just happen in the mind. It happens in the nervous system, in the body, and in the deeper layers of the self.
Choosing a therapist is a sacred step. If you’re wondering how to choose, I invite you to ask: “Do they do their own work? Have they sat in the depths they’ll be guiding me through?”
I have. I’ve lived the unraveling. I’ve done the deep inner work. And I’ve found my way through.
Now, I offer a steady, compassionate presence to help you find yours. You don’t have to do this alone.
Let me walk with you.

I use a person centered approach, meeting you where you are at, identifying strengths, and promoting inner processing through EMDR, somatic awareness, and empowerment. I am also a certified psychedelic assisted therapy provider, providing preparation and integration for psychedelic journeys.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Montana with experience supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life challenges. I also work full time within the VA system, which has given me a deep appreciation for the unique struggles veterans and first responders carry. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I want every client to feel heard and
understood from our very first conversation. Together we identify what is getting in the way and build practical, sustainable coping skills so you can move forward with more confidence. You do not need to have all the answers
before reaching out. Taking that first step can be the beginning of meaningful change, and I am glad to help guide that process.
I'm a licensed therapist with ten year's experience. I am trained in providing trauma informed services for individuals, couples, and families.
