Hi, I’m Lauren. I’m a therapist with over 12 years. I help adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, easily overstimulated, or stuck in patterns they’re ready to change. I know therapy can feel intimidating at first, so I try to create a space that feels warm, real, and easy to talk in. You don’t have to have the “right words” or have everything figured out. We can start exactly where you are and work through it together.

Most recently, I felt called to do more to help individuals move through adulthood with acceptance and healing. That’s what led me here, fulfilling my lifelong dream to be a therapist, counselor, and life coach.
