Hello, I'm Marcellous Pollards, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults overcome life's challenges. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and behavioral concerns in both community and outpatient settings. Deciding to come to therapy can be very scary. Sharing your most intimate thoughts with someone can be even more frightening. This is why I make sure that I create a very safe, caring, positive, and secure place where you can feel comfortable and know that you are with someone who truly cares about your well-being.
You are welcome here! I am Tateanna.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring nine years of experience counseling individuals and families and training professionals to build resilience and sustain mental health. My approach is rooted in compassion and the understanding that every person’s journey is unique. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, address challenges, and create actionable strategies tailored to your needs. Whether it’s through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a mind-body approach, or solution-oriented techniques, my goal is to help you feel empowered, grounded, and equipped to thrive in both your personal and professional life. And because I love the outdoors and adventurous activities like hiking, biking, and rock climbing, I often weave elements of mindfulness and balance into our work, inspired by my own passions for nature and exploration.
I’m a Licensed Social Worker with over 30 years of experience providing mental health services in Northern Illinois and the suburban Chicago area. I’m committed to helping people build practical skills and insight so they can move toward a more balanced, fulfilling, and happier life.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle daily responsibilities while also carrying stress, worry, or old hurts that won’t quite go away. You might be feeling stuck in patterns you’re ready to change, wanting healthier relationships, or just hoping to feel more like yourself again. In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe for you while focusing on practical tools you can use in your everyday life.
My name is Glen Alan Ensinger. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I lived in Colorado for over 1 year and was licensed last March. I have been licensed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois since 2002. I have provided crisis counseling and domestic violence counseling for perpetrators and victims. I completed my master's degree at Western Illinois University which included a practicum and internship at White Oaks in Peoria, Illinois. This is a substance abuse program. I have worked at a school for children with behavioral problems and also have provided counseling and crisis services at a community mental health center. For approximately 10 years I was on clinical staff for the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria, Illinois where I provided counseling services for clients in the HIV program. I worked over 8 years at the 9th Judicial Court in Illinois as a court services therapist. I have a private practice that includes working for programs that helped children either get adopted or return home from the foster care program (or help parents get the children returned to them). My primary work has been with families, couples and children. I use dialectical behavioral therapy, rational emotive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and general Rogerian therapy to help people live more successful lives.
I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional wellbeing, healing, and personal growth. My educational background includes school based and mental health therapy specializing in relationship issues, anxiety and stress. You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the first step. If you’re looking for a warm, nonjudgmental space, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
You might be the person everyone else depends on while quietly struggling yourself. Maybe your mind won't slow down, you overthink every decision, you're constantly distracted, or you're carrying stress that no one else seems to notice. Whether you're dealing with ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, or the pressure of trying to keep it all together, my goal is to help you feel understood, regain control, and start enjoying life again. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to create a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment.
