Born and raised in Central Florida, I attended UCF and Rollins College. I have spent time in youth ministry and have extensive experience in health care administration, business management and sales.
I'm married with 3 young kids and love outdoor activities, golf, coaching little league and spending time with friends and family.
I work with clients dealing with low self-worth or self-esteem, depression, anxiety, compulsive & addictive behaviors, unwanted sexual behaviors, social isolation & disconnection, spiritual & existential issues, couples & relational issues, and much more.
TEENS- Navigating the teen and young adult years can be a rollercoaster ride. Life can throw all sorts of challenges your way, from anxiety and depression to tricky friends and family dynamics, along with the ups and downs of self-esteem. My goal is to help make that journey a little smoothers.
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, confusing, and difficult to navigate alone, but they can also be an opportunity for meaningful change. I offer an integrative approach to address the root causes of what you’re experiencing. Treatment may include medications when helpful, while attention to sleep, nutrition, movement, and social connectedness helps strengthen long-term resilience and well-being. Using a therapeutic approach, we offer space to explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for change. I am here to help you feel better, live meaningfully, and thrive.
My background is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, where I earned my Master's from the University of Central Florida. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and difficulties with self-esteem and emotional regulation. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences.
I became a mental health provider because I believe everyone deserves to be heard.
My practice is built on a level of clinical depth that sets my care apart: my background includes extensive hands-on experience in high-acuity inpatient psychiatric units, comprehensive outpatient clinics, and active service as a Mental Health Nurse in the U.S. Air Force.
At Mental Clarity Psychiatry, I take an integrative, unhurried approach to whole-person care, focusing on how your physical health, lifestyle, and unique life story impact your mind. My goal is to build a partnership based on true trust rather than just managing symptoms, combining clinical expertise with personalized guidance to help you find a sustainable path back to yourself. Is it difficult to find meaning to your life's struggles? Would you like to feel peace, love and harmony in your life? I believe that everyone can reach their potential to overcome personal obstacles that inhibit them from expressing themselves. I help people reach a sense of peace, purpose, direction and well-being. I foster the belief that everyone has something to offer and in their most difficult times can lead us to those special gifts that are within every one of us.
