I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and the founder of Self Creation Holistic Counseling & Wellness. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, low self-esteem, and substance use concerns.

I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change, regardless of where they are in their journey.
