I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) licensed psychologist who is passionate about helping women understand themselves more deeply, overcome challenges, and build lives that feel meaningful and fulfilling. I provide both therapy and psychological evaluations in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
In therapy, I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, trauma, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem concerns. I believe healing happens when people feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting changes.
I also provide comprehensive psychological evaluations to help individuals gain clarity about their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Evaluations may address concerns related to ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, personality functioning, cognitive changes, and diagnostic clarification. My goal is not simply to provide answers, but to help you better understand your strengths, challenges, and the most effective path forward.
Whether you are seeking therapy, an evaluation, or both, I strive to create a collaborative experience where you feel respected, understood, and supported every step of the way.

Life can start feeling like too much when anxiety is always running in the background, family stress keeps pulling at your attention, or painful experiences from the past continue showing up in the present. You may be trying to manage intense emotions, keep relationships together, or simply get through the day while feeling more overwhelmed than the people around you realize. I work with adults, seniors, adolescents, and children experiencing anxiety, depression, family issues, trauma, and PTSD. These concerns can also overlap with ADHD, stress management, panic, grief or loss, cultural and ethnic concerns, bipolar disorder, or relationship difficulties, especially when several parts of your life are affecting one another. Therapy can give you a space where you do not have to carry all of those pieces by yourself. Together, we can understand what has been weighing on you, strengthen healthier ways of coping, and help you feel more grounded and confident moving forward.
I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to address life’s challenges, build on your strengths, and help you move toward the life you want to live.
I earned my master’s degree from Columbia University and have completed post-graduate training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices. With more than 20 years of experience, I have worked in inpatient medical and psychiatric hospitals, outpatient community mental health, and telehealth settings, helping adults from their 20s through their 80s navigate depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic illness, stress management, life transitions, relationship challenges, family stress, and caregiving.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and evidence-based, integrating CBT, mindfulness, positive psychology, and other proven strategies to help clients develop lasting skills for emotional well-being. I view therapy as a partnership and believe that each person is the expert on their own life. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, and celebrate progress along the way.
For clients who wish to incorporate faith or spirituality into therapy, I welcome those conversations with openness and respect. While my own background is rooted in the Catholic faith, I strive to honor each person’s unique beliefs, values, and life experiences.

I believe that nurturing the relationships and activities that bring us joy is an important part of living a healthy, balanced life.
