My interest in counseling grew from my own work recovering from childhood trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. I focus on mindfulness based counseling. My greatest strength is building genuine, trusting relationships with my patients. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time with my family, traveling, and staying active outdoors.

Daniel is licensed by the State of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Daniel’s experience is spread out over the past fifteen years between providing residential care for foster children in the dependency system in Hillsborough County, providing training for prospective adoptive families, support for families facing hardship with foster and adoptive children and clinical therapy for children, teens and adults. His experience has ranged in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, general stress, facing life changes and seeking help to work through challenging situations.

I also provide an eight session ADHD skills therapy program that helps with planning, organization skills, and understanding executive dysfunction.
