Natacha is an EMDR certified therapist who provides services to adult clients with varied presenting issues, though she specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, first responder care, postpartum depression/anxiety, work stressors, holistic integrative health and wellness coaching. She practices from an integrative model, emphasizing cognitive behavioral approaches, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
