I understand that seeking mental health care can be a difficult step, and my goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. I believe in listening first and caring for the whole person, not just treating symptoms. My approach is rooted in compassion, professionalism, and evidence-based practice. I take the time to understand each patient's unique experiences, provide education so you can make informed decisions about your care, and work with you to develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals.
