I believe therapy works best when it’s a partnership, and I show up with authenticity, compassion, and respect for your unique journey. My approach is eclectic, drawing on a variety of evidence-based tools, with a foundation in a client-centered philosophy. I provide a calm, supportive space grounded in trust, empathy, and respect. My approach honors each person’s uniqueness, recognizing that no two journeys are the same. Therapy is a collaborative process where your voice, experiences, and goals guide our work. I focus on self-empowerment, helping you build insight, confidence, and resilience while moving at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you are seeking healing, growth, or clarity, my goal is to support meaningful change in a way that feels authentic, steady, and aligned with who you are.
As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), I provide evidence-based medication management to clients seeking care. Since becoming a PMHNP, I have worked in different settings such as community health and women’s health. I have a true passion for working with the LGBTQAI and BIPOC communities. I focus on empowering clients within these communities to help them understand possible treatments for their mental health concerns and provide a therapeutic approach to care.
My Positive, Storied Approach to Personal and Professional Growth
Everyone’s life is a grand story, filled with twists and turns, good things and bad things, all grounded in personal life themes. I consider it an enormous honor to be invited into someone’s story and believe that everyone has the power to take control of their stories, write the next chapter, and then make it happen.
Be the hero of your own story! Together we can talk about everything from what you want to include as you move forward, what you want to leave behind, and even the cast of characters in your life! Through thoughtful and genuine exploration, we both gain a better understanding of you and what you bring to the world including your strengths and talents, meaning and purpose. Through the process, my goal is to empower you to create a meaningful story you can be excited to step into.

Hi, I’m Tyler Lange. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado, as well as an LPC Supervisor in Texas. For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, families, and individuals through seasons of challenge, growth, and renewal. My work—as a School Counselor, school‐based mental health professional, and now a Clinical Mental Health Therapist—has continually reinforced my belief in the importance of compassion, dignity, and genuine human connection.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my master’s degree in Counselor Education from Southeastern Louisiana University, and later attended Capella University’s PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision program to obtain my supervisor credential. While my training has shaped my clinical approach, the people I’ve walked alongside have shaped my purpose.
At the center of my work is a quiet but steady conviction: every person carries inherent worth, and healing becomes possible when they are met with patience, grace, and a safe place to be fully themselves. I strive to create that kind of space—one where people feel supported, understood, and free to move toward wholeness at their own pace.
I have been a practicing Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for five and a half years. Before becoming an NP, I was a psychiatric nurse for seven years, where I worked in in-patient and residential facilities. I have experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, and more.
