I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 24 years of experience in the field. I work with adults, children, adolescents, couples and families. My goal is to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. My approach is warm, respectful, and interactive. I place a strong value on working with a client's culture and values.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I am honest, direct, and passionate about helping people connect to their values and make positive change in their lives.
I believe that our environment, our physical health, and our mental health are intimately linked. I take a whole person approach to counseling where we will address multiple aspects of your health and functioning in order to improve your mental health. An important part of my approach is helping you to broaden your awareness and build insight into how your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions interact and may be keeping you stuck in unhealthy cycles. I also work with my clients on values identification to help guide us in developing practical steps to get you unstuck and moving forward in life in a meaningful way. My main treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.
I have experience working in inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient clinical settings and I have a special interest in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, mood disorders, sport/performance and general life difficulties (relationship conflict, job/career changes, managing stress).

If you’re unable to schedule a session through this platform, please email me directly at [email protected], and I will get you scheduled as soon as possible. Please note that Headway may not always reflect my most current availability.
I am passionate about healing past trauma, attachment wounds, and self-esteem issues that stem from what you've been through. We establish trust and then make a team effort on the journey of healing.
