My names is Vashawn Mosley. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). I also have a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I have greater than 16 years working in mental health, with greater than 5 years working as a PMHNP.

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in healthcare. My path to psychiatry grew out of watching anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout affect patients and families firsthand — and realizing that compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care could genuinely change lives. I work with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My care integrates medication management with therapeutic support, always tailored to each person's unique circumstances and goals.
