I'm a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience in healthcare. My path to psychiatry grew out of watching anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout affect patients and families firsthand — and realizing that compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care could genuinely change lives. I work with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma, grief, and life transitions.
