I’ve spent years in healthcare, particularly oncology, sitting with people through some of the hardest, messiest, most uncertain seasons of their lives. I also know that understanding mental health from a textbook and actually living through hard things are two very different kinds of education. I bring both. I’m what I like to call a two in one provider. I combine medication management and therapy because I don’t believe mental health care should stop at a prescription. Medication can absolutely be part of the answer, but so can your sleep, relationships, stress, trauma, physical health, environment, habits, and the life you’re actually living. I want the whole picture. And I keep it real. I’m warm, direct, honest, and yes, there will probably be humor. You don’t need the perfect words or a polished version of yourself with me.
