Arnaud brings more than a decade of engineering leadership experience, most recently from Instacart, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s incredible growth. Joining as one of Instacart’s earliest engineers, Arnaud helped scale the platform from 1,000 daily deliveries to over 1 million, leading key initiatives in consumer, advertising, catalog, and retailer technologies. Before that, he founded a tech company in Paris, later relocating it to San Francisco — a journey that reflects his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for solving big problems.

But it’s not just his technical expertise that makes Arnaud the perfect fit for Headway. His personal experience with therapy has shaped his perspective on the power of mental healthcare. "My personal journey with therapy opened my eyes to how transformative mental healthcare can be, and Headway's mission to expand access deeply resonates with me," said Arnaud. "The company's focus on leveraging technology to solve the complex challenges in mental healthcare access, combined with the caliber of the mission-driven team, make this a natural next step. I look forward to working alongside the team to scale our platform and create even greater impact."
