In 2024, we connected our 1 millionth patient to care, more than doubling the lives we reached in just one year. This milestone represents more than numbers; it reflects real people finding the care they need, when and where they need it.

• Provider network expansion: Our network has grown to 48,000+ strong after welcoming 21,000 new providers in 2024. 
• Increasing access for all: We grew to serve 50+ health plans, expanding our reach to include Medicare Advantage and Medicaid, making care accessible for millions more Americans.
• Delivering impact at scale: Together, our network of providers delivered 6,000,000+ hours of care, ensuring patients received the consistent support they needed.
• Empowering providers to deliver the right care: We’ve doubled down on creating tools that empower providers to focus their time on clients and meet compliance requirements with ease.
