Hi, I’m Tamika Earle, LISW-CP, a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience helping adults manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
I specialize in working with individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many of my clients juggle multiple roles—professional, caregiver, partner—and often put their own needs last. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, process what’s going on, and build practical skills to cope, heal, and grow.
La vida se mueve en olas. Life moves in waves. I provide services in Spanish and English, and I love working with kids of all ages. Hello, I’m Ashley Nelson. I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and therapist dedicated to helping individuals move from surviving to truly thriving. With a background in psychiatric nursing, emergency medicine, and specialized training as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), I bring over a decade of diverse healthcare experience, blending clinical expertise with a deep understanding of human resilience in the face of crisis. My practice focuses on supporting adults, children, and families through life’s challenges — including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and the unique stressors faced by military members, first responders, nurses, and other helping professionals.
I have a deep passion for working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and complex trauma, providing a safe, compassionate space where healing feels possible. My approach blends evidence-based psychiatric care with practical, real-life strategies, empowering clients to reclaim their sense of control, rebuild confidence, and create lives that feel meaningful again.

Counseling is actually my 2nd career, doing I.T. Support was my 1st.
While working in that field, I told people that I did just as much counseling as I did I.T. work. Many people came to see me feeling anxious, angry, stressed, overwhelmed, or in grief because of technology issues.
I quickly learned two issues were going on:
· One was technical and the other was emotional.
· One needed repair and the other needed relief.
So, I addressed the person and their emotions first and then addressed their I.T. issues. I spent thousands of hours sitting with people, fixing their technology and giving space for their emotions and...I loved it!
I didn’t realize it then, but these were my first steps which would lead me into pursuing a career as a therapist. Now my work is in Emotional Support and instead of addressing hardware and software, I get to address brainware and heartware.
I help clients regain their sense of power, purpose, and passion in every aspect of their lives. I believe each one of us have been given the ability to transform our lives to where we are not just living, we are thriving! I hope to help clients by connecting them to what they truly want out of their relationships, starting with how they see and relate to self.
