I believe that every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and treated with compassion. My approach is collaborative, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their mental health. Whether you are seeking care for anxiety, depression, mood disorders, or other mental health concerns, I am committed to helping you find the treatment approach that best fits your needs.
Hi! I'm Amanda, LPC in Pennsylvania. I started my journey as a school counselor at a high school for 13 years and then transitioned into an outpatient facility. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate their lives. I love learning about and connecting with others. I help support individuals with adjusting to new situations, set boundaries, feel empowered, manage the demands of life, learn better coping and implement self-care. I was a DII College Athlete so I really enjoy getting to connect with other past or present athletes. I have over 19 years experience helping others with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bi-polar, relationship issues, or just feeling overwhelmed and stressed.

Hello, I’m Cathy Laus. I have been a therapist for 32 years and earned my education at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. My experience includes working at Western Psychiatric Hospital and with Turtle Creek Valley Community Services in a partial hospitalization program. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of diagnoses and concerns.
Hi, I’m Sarné (Shar-nay), a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing and psychiatric experience. I believe mental health care should feel supportive, collaborative, and free of judgment. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, stress, and life transitions.
As a professional, mother, and caregiver myself, I understand how overwhelming life can become. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward lasting emotional wellness.
I am committed to lifelong learning and providing care grounded in the latest evidence. I have completed the Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) training through the Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals program. This advanced training has expanded my knowledge of nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress management, gut health, and other evidence-informed lifestyle approaches that can complement traditional psychiatric treatment when appropriate. These strategies are thoughtfully integrated into care and are intended to support—not replace—evidence-based psychiatric treatment, including medication management, psychotherapy, and collaborative care.
Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or looking for a provider who takes a whole-person approach to mental health, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and lasting wellness.
Welcome? Glad we found each other. A bit about me for you: I received my B.S in Psychology from Penn State University in 1989 and my M.A. in Counseling from Arcadia University in 2001 and my LPC in 2006. Over the course of my professional career, I’ve worked in inpatient, outpatient, and IOP settings with adults and adolescents. Currently, I run my private practice while working as a Program Director and faculty for an M.A. in Counseling Psychology program.
Outside of my formal education, I’ve explored – and continue to explore - sexuality, gender, trauma, psychedelic integration, dreamwork, shamanism, spirituality & psycho-spiritual work, meditation, mindfulness, and more recently, ecopsychology and ecotherapy, somatic and polyvagal work. I am also a certified (Holotropic/Transpersonal) Breathworker.
Presently, I work with adult individuals experiencing issues related to trauma, sexuality, depression, anxiety, men’s issues, life transitions, and grief, and who want to thrive instead of just surviving.
I look forward to hearing from you so we can assess our compatibility to work together toward your goals.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage and I'm honored to be part of that journey. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely safe and accepted, so we can do meaningful work together.
Are you navigating grief, chronic illness or a rare disease, or a major life transition? Maybe you grew up in a family impacted by addiction, conflict, or instability, and want to explore how those experiences are showing up in your life today. These experiences can shape your boundaries, self-worth, and sense of responsibility for others—often influencing relationships, personal growth, and even physical health. In therapy, we’ll explore how your past and present connect, process what you’ve been carrying, and begin to shift patterns that no longer serve you—so you can move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
