Hello! My name is Zachary! I am happy you visited my profile. Before you begin browsing, I just want to say you are strong and you have incredible power in you to journey towards healing. I believe in your success and your potential.
I received my Bachelor of Arts at Goshen College and my Master of Social Work at Andrews University. I am a LCSW in Indiana, LISW-S in Ohio, and a LSCSW in Kansas.
I have experience in care management and facilitation, providing counseling to juveniles on probation, delivering therapy to those who have been court ordered, doing home-based clinical services, implementing and administering Family Centered Treatment© to families, hospice social work, community mental health, certified clinical behavioral health clinics, conducting counseling to geriatric and SPMI populations, as well as telehealth.
What was your path to becoming a mental health provider?
I always had a desire to understand people and didn't realize there was a profession centered around my curiosity until college. I was also very intrigued with trying to understand my emotions growing up and because I struggled, I developed a desire to help others through their life challenges. I started providing support services to families and volunteers through a mentoring agency, which later led to interning at a psychiatric outpatient facility, to working with foster children providing therapy and to also growing my private practice here with Alma working with adults and children.
What should someone know about working with you?
I believe I am relatable and open to the sharing of myself with the understanding and expectation that you will be entrusting your vulnerabilities with me in session. I will challenge your thoughts, your patterns and your assumptions, and I give homework routinely as an extension of our time together to keep you active and engaged until we meet again.
How do you continue learning and building new skills?
I am committed to being a life-long learner. I take courses and trainings annually, listen to and learn from seasoned clinicians and try to stay afloat of new groundbreaking research related to treatments and techniques surrounding mental health.
"Success for me, is helping others create the wellness they desire."

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with teens (12+) and adults who want down-to-earth, practical help for worry, low mood, poor sleep, and low energy. People come to me when anxiety, panic, persistent sadness, or sleep problems that are starting to get in the way of daily life, work, school, or relationships — or when past treatments didn’t help enough or caused unwanted side effects. I treat anxiety (including panic and OCD), depression, bipolar mood instability, psychosis when medication management is needed, insomnia, and struggles with motivation and energy.
I am a trans, non-binary, AuDHD, polyamorous, queer, kinky, and leftist therapist. Clients are the experts of their own lives, I am simply here to help.

Hello and Welcome! If you are seeking results, you have come to the right place! I am Heidi Ross, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio and Licensed Professional Clinical Candidate in the state of Colorado.
A little about me. I received my Bachelor of Psychology in 2000 and my Master of Education in Community Counseling in 2002 from the University of Akron. For 9 years, I provided therapeutic counseling services to children and adults in outpatient, home-based, and school-based settings. For the past 11 years, I have provided outpatient mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families of all ages, in person and via telehealth, in a private practice setting.
I am a very diverse therapist who feels it is very important to meet clients where they are at. I have an open-door policy regarding client population. I provide high-quality care to older teens, adults, and couples in need through the convenience of telehealth. “It is my mission to help others help themselves, and to help them get through life’s obstacles!"
Life doesn't always fall apart all at once. Sometimes it shifts — slowly or suddenly — and you find yourself standing in the middle of something you didn't plan for, not quite sure how to find your footing again.
I work with adults — particularly women — who are navigating major life transitions: divorce, career change, grief and loss, identity shifts, postpartum challenges, relationship changes, and the complex process of figuring out who you are when everything around you has changed.
My name is Nadine Cramer, and I've been a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor for over 22 years. I'm licensed in both Ohio and Pennsylvania and see clients throughout both states via telehealth. Over the course of my career I've worked in inpatient psychiatric settings, outpatient community mental health, and private practice. I've facilitated groups for postpartum depression, anger management, alcohol and substance use recovery, and cognitive restructuring — and I've brought everything I've learned in those settings into my private practice work.
My ideal client is someone who is open to the life-changing, transformative solutions that modern psychiatry and mental health can offer. My practice is virtual by design, meeting clients on their terms, during non-traditional hours when they have time to focus on themselves and their needs.
