Hi, I'm LaRae! I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have experience working with adults and teens struggling with anxiety, life changes, and trauma. I am especially passionate about my work with women and members of the LGBTQ+ community!
Are you a veteran feeling weighed down by anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship stress, or the emotional load of motherhood? I work with veterans facing PTSD, maternal mental health challenges, and relationship struggles, and I also support people navigating recovery. My approach is warm, honest, and centered on helping you feel seen, supported, and understood.
Hello! I'm Sylvia Nnamdi-Enwerem, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have over a decade of nursing experience caring for patients in medical, surgical, and mental health settings across three continents. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how mental and physical health are connected.
I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, schizophrenia, personality disorders, insomnia, and substance use disorders.
I believe everyone deserves compassionate, respectful, and personalized care. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns and confident that we will work together to help you feel better.
I bring nearly 20 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions.
I know how overwhelming things can feel—and more importantly, I know how to help you move through it in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. Oftentimes people seek therapy as a way to cope with difficult environments, navigating a complex and rapidly changing world without the support they need to overcome obstacles. I have worked with disenfranchised folks most of my life - many impacted by systems involvement, lack of access to services, homelessness, and intimate partner violence. Past clients have shared they genuinely appreciate having a helping professional who meets them where they are at in life, supports them in achieving realistic goals, and keeps dignity, respect and honesty at the forefront of the work.

He is board-certified in Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry; a Family Nurse Practitioner, a DOT Medical Examiner, and a SAMHSA (X-Waiver) addiction provider.
Mental health and wellness impact every aspect of our lives. My goal is to support you in achieving and maintaining mental wellness while helping you navigate life’s challenges.
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management across the lifespan. I believe in providing compassionate, individualized, and patient-centered care while working with you to meet your unique needs and goals.
It would be a privilege and a joy to be part of your mental health journey.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Army veteran, and Wyoming native, now practicing in North Dakota. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota and bring years of clinical experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges.
I specialize in helping clients heal from all types of trauma—including complex, developmental, relational, and military trauma—as well as navigate relationship difficulties, anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions. I use a holistic, eclectic approach, incorporating Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy, along with mindfulness and trauma-informed care.
My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and rebuild self-compassion and confidence. Healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about growth, connection, and reclaiming your sense of peace.
