I get so excited to watch clients learn more about themselves, build self confidence and grow as individuals. The transformations I have witnessed in the people I have worked with over the years is amazing and awe inspiring. Emotional pain can be incredibly difficult to deal with, especially on one’s own. Ultimately, we all deserve to feel better about ourselves and learn to care for ourselves in a more kind and accepting way.

I support women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and step into greater wholeness after years of over giving. Many of my clients come to me during times of stress, transition, or disconnection from their bodies, relationships or sense of purpose. My approach combines counseling and coaching with somatic techniques such as Reiki, creating a holistic path that supports body, mind and spirit. I offer a compassionate and space for healing, growth and transformation. Together, we release old patterns, awaken inner wisdom and open the way to a more authentic and empowered life.

Tori Devine

Tori Devine

Therapist

Virtual & in-person • Danvers, MA

I’m Tori, a fully licensed independent clinical social worker, Certified Holistic Counselor, and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner. Over the years, I’ve worked with people in many different settings, but I’ve found that I especially love working with women and young adults who are trying to find their way back—or forward—to themselves.

Many of the women I work with are the people everyone else counts on. They may be successful, capable, caring, and getting things done while privately struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, relationship patterns, or the weight of past experiences. I also have experience supporting women healing from gender-based violence, including intimate partner violence and sexual trauma.

I also really enjoy working with young adults ages 18–25. Becoming an adult can be exciting, confusing, lonely, overwhelming, and sometimes all of those things at once. You may be figuring out who you are, what you want, relationships and friendships, family dynamics, school or work, independence, or why everyone else seems to have this whole adulthood thing figured out when you definitely do not.

I don’t believe you need to become a different person to feel better. I believe you already have strengths, resources, and parts of yourself worth trusting. Therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply, let go of patterns that no longer serve you, develop new tools, and build a life that feels more like your own.
