Hello, my name is Justin Adekoya. I am a husband, father, and coach. I attended Eastern Kentucky University, where I played football and earned my degree in Social Work. After graduating, I spent some time in the NFL before deciding to hang up my cleats and refocus on my true passion which is helping others overcome challenges related to anxiety, depression, and mindset.
In 2018, I returned to school to earn my Master’s in Social Work from Spalding University and went on to obtain my CSW, followed by my LCSW. Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including veterans, student-athletes from recreational to collegiate levels, adolescents, and teens.
