Hi, I’m Caitlin. I live in the beautiful Appalachian mountains of eastern Kentucky with my family.
I have enjoyed being an independently licensed clinical social worker for several years and am honored you are checking out my profile!
It is always so impressive to me when people have the courage to reach out for help. Life can be overwhelming, confusing, or heavier than it should and you’re not alone. You might be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, or identity-related challenges, and finding it hard to make sense of what you’re feeling or how to move forward. Many of the people I work with are used to pushing through and handling things on their own, but eventually feel emotionally drained, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, identity exploration, relationship stress, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, OCD, and women’s issues. Together, we’ll create space to slow things down, better understand your experiences, and begin building a clearer, more grounded path forward that feels aligned with who you are and what you need.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Services. I have multiple years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of mental health and substance use concerns. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as your whole self. You don’t have to have everything figured out—we can start where you are and work together to discover what comes next.
Your story isn’t finished yet.
My ideal client is someone who is open to the life-changing, transformative solutions that modern psychiatry and mental health can offer. My practice is virtual by design, meeting clients on their terms, during non-traditional hours when they have time to focus on themselves and their needs.
I’m Jessica Kelley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults and couples navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also have a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and other seasons of change.
My goal is to help you feel understood while making meaningful, lasting changes in your life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and build practical tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control.
You may be feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, especially if you’ve experienced trauma, toxic relationships, or emotional pain that keeps resurfacing. It can feel overwhelming trying to move forward while still carrying the weight of the past. You don’t have to do this alone. I provide a supportive space where you can begin to understand your story, break free from old patterns, and move toward a more peaceful, meaningful, and purpose-driven life.
If you've been putting off therapy — telling yourself you'll handle it on your own, or that it's not for you — you're exactly who I'm glad to work with. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with 22 years of experience, and I help adults get to the root of what's actually going on and do something about it. Whether it's anxiety, depression, anger that's costing you, the weight of past trauma, stress that won't let up, or questions about identity and who you are, I'll meet you head-on and help you build a real way forward.
I work with a lot of men and people from diverse backgrounds who want a therapist they can be straight with — someone direct, who respects your time and helps you see results, not just talk in circles. That's the work I'm built for.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I treat a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety and stress, mood disorders, trauma, depression, coping with chronic illness, military family life, and life transitions. I have 30 years of working with service members, families and support system members.
Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel safe, welcoming, and supportive. My style is soft, caring, and down-to-earth, but I am also honest and direct when needed. I will gently challenge you to consider new perspectives while making sure you feel heard and respected. Together, we will work at a pace that is meaningful and progressive for you.
I am a retired Air Force Master Sgt. and an LCSW who specializes in addiction and mental health. I understand these issues because I have lived through both of them. I have two masters degrees, one in military social work, and one in addiction social work. I graduated from the University of Louisville, and am excited to get to meet new people and help them get their lives back.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I’ve worked in community mental health, substance use treatment, and leadership roles supervising other clinicians. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. I believe therapy should be practical, respectful, and focused on real change.
I've always loved helping people live more fulfilling and joyful lives. As humans, we do not exist in a vacuum, so many things take a toll on our daily lives and through our work together, we can figure out what works and what doesn't. I am an LCSW and have been specializing in OCD and Trauma for over three years.
