I work with adults and children who feel stuck in anxiety, worry, overthinking, or feeling easily overwhelmed. For adults, this can look like burnout, overanalyzing, and repeating patterns that are hard to break. For adults, this can look like burnout, overanalyzing, and repeating patterns that are hard to break. For children, this often shows up as big emotions, shutdowns, defiance, school struggles, or not being able to explain what’s wrong. I have over 6 years of experience working with youth, including engaging kids ages 5–11 in telehealth (yes, even the ones who don’t want to talk). My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth.
Currently offering a variety of appointment times, including late evenings and some Saturdays.

I am a psychotherapist with over 10 years experience in clinical care. I have an LCSW and MDIV which allows me to help clients as a whole person while honoring their mental and spiritual wellness. I specialize in the treatment of adult neurodivergent individuals across the spectrums of ADHD, Autism, Bipolar, and BPD. I am trained in adherent intensive DBT as well as EMDR for trauma treatment. These two modalities give me the tools to help Clients control their own minds, increase their resilience, reduce their trauma symptoms, and build lives they are eager and excited to live. I have walked alongside clients in crisis for most of my career and I considerate it an honor to help them through those dark moments. "Crisis" means something different for each individual and I value helping each client in their specific time of need.
Are you struggling with feelings that you can't quite put into words? Have you attempted to mask this with unhealthy behaviors and coping that has led to guilt, shame or self-doubt? Maybe just being forced to "push through" because life has given you no other alternatives. Potentially these emotions have gotten in the way of your success and or every day life (job, school, relationships), and, you have turned to every avenue for help, but still not found yourself feeling any better? If this is you then your feelings are valid. I help individuals who are struggling to get unstuck in tackling the many challenges of life.
My approach is individualized and non-judgmental. It is important for me to take the time to help you feel safe and comfortable enough to be your true and authentic self. I see everyone's journey as unique within its own right. I believe that the experiences from our past help shape and define our present sometimes being embedded in our subconscious.
Whether you are new to therapy and anxious about taking that first step, or returning after a long haul, I am here to help you take the steps needed to move your life in the ways of your own choosing. Welcome! If this is your first stop in deciding whether therapy is right for you, congratulations. I know it can be incredibly difficult to take the first step towards finding a therapist who is the right fit for you. As a therapist, my primary goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and understood. I view therapy as a cooperative space between us. You are the expert of your life, and my job is to ask the right questions to bring clarity, direction, and self-compassion. Sometimes, this looks like sitting in silence together. Other times, it looks like a gentle nudge to push you towards the potential we both know you have.
I earned my Master's in Counseling and PsyD at Fuller Theological Seminary. I have had the privilege of working in hospitals, universities, private practice, and community mental health settings, and these experiences have given me a broad perspective on the unique difficulties facing individuals. My clinical training includes a specialty in spirituality and religious experiences (i.e., religious trauma and deconstruction). I work with individuals 18+ and help individuals who are navigating life transitions and/or relationship difficulties.
