Hello there, I’m C Blanck (they/them), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an MSW (Master of Social Work) and MDiv (Master of Divinity). I specialize in trauma, including complex and religious trauma, as well as suicidality. I work with adults navigating anxiety, identity, and the impacts of systemic, relational, and traumatic harm, with a particular passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities. I am CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality) trained and currently working toward full certification in the model, as well as an EMDR provider in training.
NOTE: I am currently completing EMDR Basic Training and integrating EMDR-informed interventions under the guidelines of my training program. Anticipated completion of EMDR Basic Training: Early November 2026.
While I specialize in the treatment of trauma, including complex trauma, I am currently utilizing EMDR with appropriate clients and concerns consistent with my level of training. For clients seeking treatment for complex trauma, I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), narrative, psychodynamic, ACT, DBT, and other trauma-informed approaches to support healing and recovery.
With my graduate certificate in Human-Animal-Environment Interactions in Social Work (HAEI-SW), I plan to introduce more animal assisted activities this Fall with my sweet-high energy lab mix therapy dog, Mr. Fusion.

Gwen earned her Undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in 2004 before earning her Masters in social work from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018. She has an active License in Clinical Social Work as well as a certificate in School Social Work, and experience providing social work services in the public school system and non-profit sector, with adolescents as well as adults.
I earned my doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the University of Denver and have been in private practice for over ten years. I consider it an honor to be in relationship with my clients and to help them better understand themselves and change their lives. Anne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been in practice since 2007. She has a degree in Existential-Phenomenological Therapeutic Psychology from Seattle University. Anne has additional training in EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol, and NADA Auricular acupuncture. All of these specialities are particularly helpful for trauma, anxiety, and calming the nervous system. I bring warmth, humor, and clear guidance to therapy. Cognitive techniques help uncover how thoughts shape emotions and actions, while mindfulness fosters calm and focus. We’ll also explore your values to guide our work. Humor keeps things light, and directness ensures we stay on track. Together, we’ll work toward lasting growth and confidence.I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Wake Forest University.
I have wanted to be a therapist since I was twelve years old after seeing a guru use his expertise to connect with a troubled child who had only known how to push others away. Over twenty five years later, I'm privileged enough to have found my own niche, working with individual adults address the impacts of trauma, anxiety, and depression. They have proven that the capacity to love and embrace life can be rediscovered, even for those who have lived through the unbearable.

I'm a Colorado native who loves the outdoors, travel, dabbling in the arts, and spending time with those I love. Sometimes, I am blissfully content just curling up with my geriatric cat and a good movie.
Many of the people I work with are going through some kind of transition.
Sometimes that looks like anxiety that’s getting harder to manage, feeling stuck in the same patterns, or navigating changes in relationships, identity, or life direction. Other times it’s grief, stress, or a sense that something just isn’t working the way it used to.
You might find yourself overthinking, shutting down, or reacting in ways that don’t quite make sense, even to you. You may understand things logically, but still feel stuck emotionally.
My background is in clinical mental health counseling, and my work is grounded in approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also have advanced training in working with relationship dynamics, which often show up even in individual therapy.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a journalist. That still shapes how I work today. I pay close attention, listen for patterns, and help you make sense of your story in a way that feels clear, grounded, and meaningful.
I've been practicing since 2020 in a variety of therapy settings. I have a master's of science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am licensed in CO. My main specialty area is trauma.
