I am a licensed professional counselor specialized in treating couples and individuals with anxiety and OCD. I possess a master's degree in clinical mental health from Adams State University and have completed advanced certification in pediatric ERP from The International OCD Foundation. I consult weekly with other therapists specializing in OCD and other co-occurring disorders.
I believe in our capacity to adapt, grow, love, grieve, overcome & thrive. Stressful events, trauma, loss, illness & change can overwhelm our ability to cope. We become stuck. We protect ourselves to avoid ever feeling that pain again. Solutions that once worked become part of the problem. When the wound is triggered, we experience pain & distorted ways of thinking. In therapy, we journey together to uncover & remove blocks to healing, transforming pain & loss into meaning, awareness & choice.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals of all ages achieve emotional and psychological well-being. I work from a child-centered and person-centered approach and use techniques such as art, storytelling, sandtray, and imaginative play. These techniques help address issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues and behavioral problems.
I'm so happy you're here! I'm passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, and life transitions. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming thoughts, emotional disconnect, or interpersonal conflict, my goal is to help you uncover the patterns that may be holding you back and develop tools to move forward.
I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, or like something in their life needs to change. Many of the people I work with are highly sensitive and introspective; they tend to feel things deeply, think deeply, and sometimes have a hard time knowing what to do with everything they’re carrying.
I also specialize in helping people navigate psychedelic experiences, spiritual emergence, and other non-ordinary experiences that may be meaningful, confusing, or difficult to integrate.
My background is in transpersonal and somatic psychology, with additional training in trauma-informed care, breathwork, psychedelic integration, and spiritual emergencies.

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here!
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Regis, with a MA in counseling psychology and became a licensed therapist, later earning an MBA in Healthcare Administration with honors, while working for a large health plan.
Throughout my career, I’ve stayed committed to growth, continued education, and surrounding myself with great mentors. Mentors are valuable at every stage of a career. I’ve learned navigating life successfully is about discovering what works and learning from others who share their journey.
I grew up near Columbus, Ohio (Go Buckeyes!) and have called Colorado home since graduating from CSU. I love the arts- museums, theater/movies, and comedy. Love the outdoors and staying active- skiing, hiking, travel, and time with family and friends. Even though landlocked here in CO, I love seaside living- paddle-boarding, snorkeling, or volunteering in sea turtle conservation.
Choosing a therapist, especially if it's a first time, it’s important to feel heard, accepted, and genuinely valued. It truly makes a difference about treatment success!
