Anne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been in practice since 2007. She has a degree in Existential-Phenomenological Therapeutic Psychology from Seattle University. Anne has additional training in EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol, and NADA Auricular acupuncture. All of these specialities are particularly helpful for trauma, anxiety, and calming the nervous system.
